Time Still Brings Us Surprises

0:00

O Abu Sufyan, we have tried our best to not show you what you hate from us, or see from you what we hate.

0:09

That's why you see us praying in this valley and that, following the order of the Messenger of Allah.

0:18

Then Allah willed that you stumble upon us now. So leave us alone as we left you alone, and go back safely.

0:24

Don't ask about what we do, and we won't ask about what you do.

0:27

Time continues to bring every strange thing.

0:31

Abdullah ibn Mas'ud?

0:32

Rather, the son of Umm Abd, the shepherd of Uqbah ibn Abi Mu'ayt.

0:38

Now has an argument and a voice against the leaders of Quraish?

0:41

You make us equal to you?

0:43

We don't ask about what you do, and you don't ask about what we do?

0:48

And you are content, Saad, to be with these lowly people, when you are who you are in Quraish and Banu Zuhrah?

0:57

In fact, they are better than me.

0:58

Rather say, you are worse than them.

0:59

Stop it, man, and go away from us!

1:02

By al-Lat and al-Uzza, until we show you our strength later, so you stop this foolishness you're in!
